Regional Tourism Organization 7 (RTO7)

RTO7 aims to work collaboratively with tourism partners and stakeholders to build, sustain and grow visitation, investment and visitor spending. They directly support tourism businesses by providing resources and financial programs related to training, partnerships, and recruitment support. A few of their skills and training programs are:

The Recruitment Implementation Program (RIP) is designed to offer additional support to workforce recruitment efforts.

The Sustainability Inclusivity Program (SIP) is used to promote a new sustainable product, experience, initiative or inclusive business practices, such as experiences that instills a sense of community pride or participation in programs, like Rainbow Registered.

In an effort to foster a culture of continuous learning, while providing recruitment and retention solutions for tourism operators, RTO7 partners with the Typsy, a hospitality learning program.
