The pace of change is speeding up. New problems, shifting priorities, and constant disruption mean leaders don’t just need quick answers — they need the confidence to step into the unknown, armed with better questions and authentic stories to light the way. Nicole Dubé, veteran journalist and communication expert, shows how curiosity and storytelling are the tools that help leaders cut through noise, uncover what really matters, and influence with clarity.

Through her Look, Listen, Learn & Lead framework, Nicole shares practical strategies for self-awareness, asking better questions, and shaping stories that inspire trust and action.

Why attend? You’ll discover how to:

  • Harness curiosity to adapt and lead through rapid change
  • Communicate with authenticity by owning and sharing your story
  • Build influence and connection with teams, clients, and stakeholders
  • Turn uncertainty into opportunities for clarity and growth

Whether you’re leading a team, following a vision, pitching ideas, or navigating disruption, this keynote equips you to use curiosity and storytelling to your advantage.
