Four County Labour Market Planning Board
The board works collaboratively with businesses, workforce, and community organizations to plan and initiate projects and programs that address the specific needs of workforce development in Bruce, Grey, Huron and Perth counties.
QUILL Learning Network
QUILL Learning Network is funded by the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development to promote and support skills readiness and upgrading programs for adults in Bruce, Grey, Huron, Perth and South Georgian Bay.
Upgrading programs specialize in helping adults gain the skills they need to be successful in employment, apprenticeship, secondary school credit courses, postsecondary education and life, by providing goal-specific, customized, supportive, and flexible training – in person and online.
